Welcome to the Forum… Once you’re confident over water and have some flying hours under your belt, give Spitbank Fort a try! I enjoyed my flight out there… Ohh and avoid Fort Monckton!

The forts were one of my first thoughts for pictures been fascinated by them since I was a kid

I took some great shots over Fort Gilkicker and the old barrack block. Capture it soon before the developers move in to totally refurbish it!

Welcome Jim.
I’ve happy memories of visiting my aunt and uncle in the Portsmouth area.
The forts would be a good spot when you’ve got the confidence to fly over water.
