Just wanted to say hi as I’m a newbie on this site.
My names Andy and I have a DJI Mini 4K, still very much a novice and still finding my confidence in flying in public.
Looking for suggestions of places within the Witney area that are relatively quiet from the general public to prevent coming face to face with moaners/ anti droners

im also in witney. and i also just brought the mini 4k. where do you fly your drone?
Hi Tim, thanks for your message, to be honest I’m still at the stage of finding my confidence so not really flown in many places. Ive flown near Deer Park over the new estate there and also my girlfriend lives in North Leigh and I’ve done a few flights from her garden.
Currently looking into places to fly where there isn’t much of a risk of the moaners coming out and having a pop.
Happy to stay in contact to compare flights etc…
i actually live in that new estate. lol if you ever want to meet up to do a few flights im always up for it. i got used to the drones by flying it around the marsh as its away from all the karens. lo
Yes the marsh bit by deer park woods is exactly where I flew mine and yes its away from the moaners but get some cracking views of the estate from there
