Don’t know whether they’ve changed firms but the last guard to walk past me while I had a drone in the air, right next to the college just said ‘Alright mate’ and strolled on

Does the flying over really stand up in law. I get everything else but when they say the flying any drone over the college site, i would say that is tenuous at the least as the courts surly can’t enforce that without getting a FRZ implemented by the CAA.
It does mention drone footage in the first page of the injunction but i’ve only scanned over the information.
It seems to be aimed at some urban explorers who have published something on faceache

Its an injunction against 2 individuals that it looks like wouldn’t stop entering the site
They were threatening the security and live streaming to FB
The injunction covers drone flying
- I am satisfied that the Order in its amended form put before me should be made.
- I am satisfied that Mr Alex Wainwright and Persons Unknown should be prevented by an interim
injunction from entering into the college site – that area is to be delineated on a map which will
be served with the Order. - I am also satisfied that it is appropriate to make an interim injunction order to prevent drones
from flying over the College Site. I am satisfied that in this instance the flying of drones over the
College Site would amount to trespass.

- I am satisfied, given the evidence, that it is appropriate to make an
Order that the Defendants should not engage in threatening, disruptive behaviour on the
College Site including (but not limited to) those examples in the Order.
The important bit is in the ‘sealed order’ its against the persons…
IT IS ORDERED:
- An interim injunction is granted against the Defendants in the following terms:
a. Mr Alex Wainwright and the Second Defendants and each of them, whether by
themselves or by encouraging any person their employees or agents or
otherwise howsoever, from:
i. entering the College Site;
ii. accessing, entering, or climbing upon the College Site at all;
iii. flying any drone over the College Site;
iv. throwing over or placing against the Perimeter Fence any object
(including but not limited to netting and ladders) which could be used
for the purpose of entering or attempting to enter the College Site;
v. shaking, pushing, pulling, or in any way seeking to manipulate and/or
interfere with, the Perimeter Fence;
vi. engaging in threatening, disruptive, or abusive behaviour on the
College Site
