2nd July it is!
I’m away on holiday at the moment but will find some information to post when I’m back. The Hargreaves arms is a good local and does offer B and B
I’ve not organised one of these before so not sure what is expected, but would probably be nice to gain an idea of who is coming so I’ll do another poll we can have an expectation of people coming. I’ll chat to Steve on how he feels about visitors using the toilet facilities as it’s a family home on the land - it’s not a farm.

Are there any recommendations on things that would be helpful to have in place for the area? I’m fairly sure I can organise a long extension and some kind of table to use as a charging point. I don’t have a gazebo but maybe that would be a good idea in case of rubbish weather?

Hi Daniel, A table would be good, I can also bring one. I have a couple of car batteries with an inverter and a 240v extension lead, are you thinking of getting power from your friend’s house?
A gazebo would be handy and a toilet

I’ll have two tables and two separate charging facilities so one of each to share 
just need to confirm but would love to come - looks like a cracking location for some speed runs
