I’ve just got into flying drones and joined here. My drone is being delivered by Wednesday. I sorted my Flyers ID & Operators ID out with the CAA. All set to go now :grimacing:

I am 64 years old, disabled, and mostly housebound due to a lorry crash in 2007. I was driving for 30 years, an international lorry driver, The crash was not my fault! Hit my class 1 at 100mph while on his mobile phone :roll_eyes: I’m a computer geek and gadget geek :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I would be up for meeting up, I can travel, give me something to do :disguised_face: :partying_face: I was looking for some drone meetups to get out and meet some new pilots :smiley:

I think it’s a bit tricky for a large group. The car park is owned by the water company who don’t permit drones. There are some other spots you can fly from but probably not ideal for a big group.
