Hi all, Steve from Norwich here (but you can call me Lockers if you like - most people do!).
Had an opportunity to do something completely different in terms of work recently, so bought a second hand DJI Air 2s, practising, getting myself set up to see if I can earn some money from it, as well as have fun!
Had a few flights, looked at the roof of my building (bit of a mess), helped out a friend with their garden layout right out in the sticks and also had a couple of friends ask me to help out with them on the water (charity canoe pub run, and also rowing club), with a few pics. Very flat and watery here in Norwich - you might have heard!
Just getting myself sorted with legal stuff. Got flyers and operators ID, obviously need better certification / GVC / PDROA01 (I believe) to do more stuff to earn some money from it. Commercial insurance too, natch.
Anyway I saw there is this introduction area, so thought I would drop in. Need to go, the tradies working in the flat below me have literally just started up with drills etc., so off out I go!

Thank you, yes it looks like a great community. I look forward to spending time here, as well as out-and-about! Not done much of that since my post as I’ve unfortunately picked up a bug and been quite poorly, still am tbh and waiting for doc to call! Anyway enough of that, thanks again
