Their signage says prohibited but plenty of scope to takeoff and land from a distance

There is a vid i made of it on my Youtube channel. It was one of the first places i ever flew my drone. Now i go there and fly quite often. I just ignore the unwarranted signage.

Time was not my friend today !, was in Daventry at 8.15am, done the Reservoirs, done the Cromwell Memorial, done the Harringworth Viaduct (spectacular !, have to say)headed back towards Lemington Spa, masses of traffic on A14, by 1pm i realised i still had 25 miles to go !.
Had to make a decision to call it a day and headed back to Daventry.
If i had had another hour, could have possibly done it.
Hey ho, another time !.
And what a day for the weather !, best day of sunshine I have seen for ages.
