Places to fly - Stoke area

Where to fly your drone in the UK

I’ve recently bought my first drone. (Potensic D80)
I’m still learning to fly and would like some nice open spaces in or around Stoke area to hone the skills I need before I’m confident enough to be able to fly anywhere. Only thing I need easy access as I’m disabled.
Any help you can give me would be most appreciated.
