I’ll be honest, as long as the tests aren’t ridiculously expensive, need repeating every year. I’m all for it.

I could see the Uk Gov adding an Air Tax and Insurers rubbing the hands in anticipation of the Cover, will be force to pay the Fly or even just to own a drone.
