Praise to Holy Stone

I feel it’s only right to mention how fantastic the Customer Support was from Holy Stone. I had a problem with drifting, after a couple of e-mails which they promptly replied to They sent me a brand new HS720E and let me keep the old one. Al of this took about 5 days from first contact to the new drone being delivered.

I’ve had the same from them, they even sent me a free battery!

@IQDronin Hi Ian, The replacement they sent me kept disconnecting the drone from the transmitter, but Amazon would not replace it a second time, HS offered me up to 50% if I bought another drone!! Why would I do that… I have now given up with them and my wife as bought me a DJI Mini 3 Pro for our wedding anniversary. WOW, you can see the difference in quality, features and reliability. A hefty price tag but well worth the money IMO
