Hi I’m Nathan,
I’ve just recently bought a DJI Mini 2, completed all the CAA stuff and have had a couple of test flights local to me (Kent). Excited to explore this new hobby and the creativity that comes with it.
Short bit about me, Father was in the RAF and I’m a dispatcher for my local air ambulance so aviation is a big interest of mine. I’m a hobbyist photographer and looking forward to the extra dimension the drone can give me.
Off to Scotland this month so hoping I’ll be able to share some shots. Any advice or info for good spots around Edinburgh or Inverness/The Highlands would be great!
Just in the process of emailing the Scottish national trust in hopes they’ll let me do a bit of flying around the Glencoe as well, however holding low expectations as I’ve heard mixed reviews on them!

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before.
