Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.
I went to turn on the RC-N1 controller a few days ago, and nothing happened, no lights, sounds. Plugged in controller using supplied USB charger and cable and left for about four hours, still nothing.
Tried again with various different charger blocks and cables, they all worked to charge the drone with battery in it, none worked on the controller. Left one last time overnight and still will not turn on.
So, I opened an online chat with DJI this morning and spoke to online help and they said to fill out a service request. Just waiting for the email with label info.

Just an update, if anyone stumbles on this at some stage.
I sent the controller off last week, and they sent me a new (to me) controller which I received back about 1 week later. All FOC.
Only issue was I sent it with the USBC cable and it came back with an iPhone Lightning connector. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I have mentioned it to DJI and hope they might send one out to me.
