RC Pro Controller and DJI RC/ RC 2 with FCC hack by Sincoder

For some reason it kept broadcasting when I used a different hack,

Maybe maybe not but it’s not showing as it did with the other hack / patch, I’m no expert but maybe the patches maybe are created different, just a guess but, when I asked about the recent patch applied yesterday, I was told if RID is not implemented in your country yet, then it should not broadcast for just anyone to see, weather that means Karen & Ken only I don’t know.

Edit : I should imagine the authorities know where I am when flying if they wanted to if & when regardless.

From this post down @DroneGeek ian

If anyone is using Dronehacks on the DJI RC Pro

Do not update the app past v1.10.0

DJI have patched the fly app to stop FCC

Turn off auto updates in the fly app

I have an AIR2S running:

  • FW = 02.04.2040
  • DroneHacks software = v1.29

If I pair a DJI RC controller (assuming it will let me without wanting a craft f/w update) will the FCC hack still be operational in the drone?

Your Hack Steve is on the drone so the controller shouldn’t matter

Thanks Wayne
That is what I was hoping/expecting
Just :crossed_fingers: the controller pairs without difficulty

Next job will be to get Litchi app on it :slightly_smiling_face:

Can be done I think but you will need to speak Russian :ru:

Going to look at this. but it may just be monitors not the RC :man_shrugging:

Sorry Steve that’s a no go, the only ones I have seen side load onto the DJI-RC are by some Russians

but how well it works I am not sure.

how do they side load onto the DJI RC?

Looking at the screen, it appears that they replaced the whole operating system with a hacked version of android.

Sorry Rob like Coastie says it’s a complete bespoke operating system that allows them to install other apps and also hack the DJI fly app

hmm… I live in hope… time to learn russian and Ukrainian probably

Hi Wayne
Yep, I think I was clutching at straws a bit :slightly_smiling_face:
Thinking about it, the reason for me using Litchi was for waypoint missions where I go out of transmission range. Worked well with the MP1 but as the AIR2S doesn’t store the commands within and won’t fly out of range that advantage has gone so I’ll just stick with the FLY app for the time being.
Cheers Steve

You would need the RC Pro - think you have the regular RC screen?

Does anybody have the correct contact details for the sincoder guy? is the qr code further up thread genuine. just to let you all know i searched for djifcc on telegram and found a few. contacted what i thought was the correct one and got scammed out of $40. he said he wouldnt use Paypal only crypto (usdt) I should of smelt a rat and quit then but hey ho we all live and learn, so be careful out there guys. BTW does the patch work for the DJI RC? or only the PRO.

I believe the QR code in this post does the trick.

It wouldn’t still be there if someone reported it as not genuine.

From my Telegram, verified:

So does anybody know if it works on the DJI RC as thats the one i have not the RC PRO. And if it does work on the DJI RC will it still work on the newest firmware ( .0400 )

It does work on the he DJI RC and as far as I know it does on the current firmware, but I would ask that question to Sincoder when you make contact

OK so i got in touch with Sincoder/DJI FCC or whoever it is from the QR code above on Telegram and he got me sorted with the patch. Paid in Hong Kong Dollars via PayPal. I had v1.03.0100 installed on RC when the patch was applied not the newest v1.03.0400 . He said the patch could not be installed to v1.03.0400 but if the patch was installed to a previous version, you could then install the latest v1.03.0400 and then reapply the patch. I can confirm that it all seems to work by the look of the Transmission graph albeit I have not flown the drone yet.
