My memory is not so good, so will need to carefully follow instructions.
You’ll be fine, mate. Don’t forget, if you miss the gap where you need to copy the file across, it reverts you back to the start of the process. Basically, you can’t do any permanent damage.
Just practice copying the file across first is my best advice. Once you master navigating to both locations, you’re on to a winner.
And complete disclaimer, I am using a DJI RC, not a DJI RC Pro.

I’ve clicked the link @clinkadink Chris has put up above and also entered in manually @djifcc but it comes up as X like I posted above, I’ve deleted all contacts as I thought this would work but X contact again.
I got the avatar and username look like yourself Chris by doing a search dji fcc with the space between but I messaged yesterday and no reply or viewed it.
These are what I get on search and highlighted X is what I get on clicking link posted here but he’s seen but does not reply.

I went through all the posts in this thread and when clicked on any links or scanned QR codes pictures it would goto a X contact which would have seen my messages but never reply.
Confusion as It would open Contact X as all links do in this thread.
But search like FCC or FCC hack or djifcc or dji fcc I could see it ok as your pic illustrates Rich, I copied the QR Code tested and directed me to the right place now.
I just wait on him replying as mentioned before maybe still on his holidays

I’m baffled as I’ve dealt with the person few times no problems and he’s given me updates no bother, my messages not even read

Yes he’s been on and offline mark but I’ve not actually tried to contact him have just been wondering if, he’s still doing his thing etc as no one’s getting reply from him,

It’s actually have plenty of time if your in the folder ready to delete.
I did ask last night do you have to have all still on and connected while waiting the 2 hours. I did and great to see the message
DJI assistant did stop of 87% for me also.
Will this procedure have to be all done again if I upgrade firmware to latest ?

You have QR Code so I can confirm that it’s the same as the one I’m using as its only 1 tick on my message and time last seen 00.07. thanks
