What drone?
Try and keep the ISO as low as possible, it will reduce the extra noise, you can then generally bring out all the detail in a post editing app such as Lightroom, especially if you’ve been shooting in RAW.
You may still be able to get rid of some of the noise by using a denoise tool, again in something like Lightroom.
Free alternatives are available but I’m not the man for recommending one.

That’s a MA2 - I’ve got it on auto as said don’t know anything about settings 
It’s MA2 only ever flown it lol - not used the camera 
Is it best too shoot in raw ?

If you’re intending to touch up afterwards, I’d recommend it. If you just want to chuck stuff on Social Media, then its probably not required.
