Question: When entering my RemoteID into my drone do I enter the whole thing or enter it up to and excluding my “Private Key”

What drone?
It will be the new DJI packaged Mini 5 Pro Combo Plus with Intelligent Plus batteries promised to be UK1 Class marked
I understand there’s some cynicism regarding DJI and new UK Class markings on their drones. Forewarned I’ve had one phone conversation and two online chats with DJI on this matter to make clear I’d only accept it if UK1 Class marked and each time they have assured me it would be. As you say, lets see when it arrives 
So, I’ve done my ‘due diligence’ to make clear what I need and that if it is not so marked it will be returned

On a second note @TonyR9, when is the drone due to drop?..no pun intended!. I noticed they have it up on the DJI online store on the London shop for pre order arriving in July sometime, but I also noticed under the specs for this drone that it’s still <250g!!! and it says nothing about it being a UK1 class drone. There is nothing mentioned of this new drone any where else either such as Drone Safe Store, which seem to be a bit cheaper than most other suppliers.
I’m on the fence at the moment with buying a drone as I can’t make my mind up whether to go for an Air 3S, or a mini 5 Pro. I’m hankering for the 3x zoom camera and the better weather resistance of the Air 3S, but I also like the better portability and smaller footprint of the Mini 5 Pro. I think if I could get a UK1 class Mini 5 Pro with the plus batteries this would deffinetly swing my decision towards getting the Pro, my thinking is that it will have a better flight time than the Air 3S, and also have slightly better wind handling characteristics being a little heavier with those plus batteries on board.
Anyway I’m getting way off topic here so appologies for that, but do let us know when you get it what markings it has.

I certainly will let people know when it arrives. Either it will be UK1 or it will be sent back. As stated earlier, I’ve contacted ‘Sales’ on three separate occasions to confirm this matter and on each have been assured it will be UK1. In the meantime all I can do is wait for it to arrive C’est l la vie!
I too looked at the Air 3s - However, after contacting DJI I could not get any assurance they would guarantee I’d get a UK1 one. They would only state that “all their drones comply with UK regulations”
Having flown both the Mini 5 and the Air 3S, there is no comparison: the Air 3S is by far the better camera platform, with a better incarnation of the 1” sensor, and better, more controllable flight. It takes up no more space than a Mini series drone.
Absolutely However, when I enquired I could get no assurance from anyone that the Air 3S I would be sent would carry the UK1 Class mark.
My Avata 360 has both UK 1 and C1 markings which is a plus as its then fine for EASA countries. I would have thought all new drones bought in the UK would have both
You have 18 months of C1 usage anyway. Will you still be using it in 18 month’s time?
