It seems that in America one man, a Harvard professor no less, has begun the fightback against draconian drone restrictions - and with such success, it appears. It may be one small town so far but big things could come of it. What are your thoughts on the matter?

This part could be key to that case:
A federal district court sided with Singer, citing that the ordinance was in conflict with preexisting federal law and therefore not lawful.
Would that pre-existing law be in other states too? Other countries even? (UK?)
