We have loads of reservoirs that crop up in google search for Lakes in the midlands that I subsequently ignored due to the definition of lakes quoted by the Committee which, TBH I was happy to abide by. 
But as the Committee also says I guess we"ll find out at voting time!

I always thought of it as a pond, but Google says it’s a lake, so it must be

Do they still have the naval battles there ? I remember seeing it in the early '70s
I’m not sure if they still do the battles but I suspect they will a couple of times a week in the summer season.
