Agreed! Now gotta get our hunting hats on and find suitable trees/locations. There are plenty of trees around my area but lone trees that will make good photo opportunities will be harder to find. Good luck everyone and have fun!
I’ve been using the Photographers Ephemeris app for years Steve. When on location it tells me exactly where the light is coming from. It’s great for sunrise and sunset - https://www.photoephemeris.com/
Sycamore Gap (as featured in Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves.) Unfortunately, had to take this from distance with my mobile phone. Tried to put the drone up and promptly had to land and collect it in the adjacent field. Far too windy today but I tried!! I think I,ll revisit this if I get time before the competition ends but it’s a lone tree!!
