OK, so far we have suggestions for Edinburgh, Montrose, Stirling/Falkirk, Rannoch Moor/Glencoe and Loch Lomond/The Trossachs. Personally, I would suggest either Tyndrum or Crianlarich as a meeting place for anyone that wants to get to Rannoch Moor or The Trossachs. There is so much around that area!!! But another poll is needed for general area, and so here it is:
I suppose it also depends on what people are flying, the time of day or how busy a location is. For example, if I’m in Edinburgh I fly my Mini 3 Pro, but if I’m heading to the wide open spaces of Rannoch Moor/Glencoe it’s my Mavic 3 Classic. My usual preferred time is early morning as less folk about, plus the light is better for photography.
I also would prefer wide open spaces, fly with hills / valleys / water etc then everyone could mini’s or larger drones or both. I wiull go with the flow if it was only mini drones as well.
Im up for a meet central works best for me as do have work commitments but flexible. Makes no difference to me w/day or w/end

Intend to be there , Loch Lomond and The Trossachs but that’s pretty wide, could near Balloch ( have flown round Maid of the Loch, but could be crowded on a Sun ) , Callander, … by that , anyone know suitable place so we can narrow it down to something expressible as grid ref or what3words ?
