I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission not required.

Parking available on the other side of the dunes - costs about £3 for a couple of hours.

As with most beaches, the further away you get from the most common point of access you get then the quieter it is. The northwestern end of the beach had much fewer people, even on a sunny day in August.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 11/08/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

BTW, check out the very attractive blue rock the groynes are filled with. It’s larvikite, an ornamental stone from Norway. This must be quarry waste.
