The rush was 30 quid I think set at 800. Was fine until I mega crashed
It was a jab at air units being crap not you crashing lol
unfortunately whether it costs 30 quid or 300 it could get damaged if you crash.
Not the crashing me bothered about its the loss… Booo.
Anyways gonna find in stock split cam at hobby RC or unmanned
Check drone authority as well they tend to have decent stock levels
I don’t want the runcam 3 nano split as nano yeah. Use micro as large as can as big quad
Yeah the nano is for whoops.
Good make
What’s Shark byte costs?
My vtx was £85! But it’s the twin board 500mW version. I think the others were around £45
But you would also need the RX module which is around £100 at the moment (£200 normally) plus the cameras are around £40 ish
It’s up in the air. But generally cheaper than dji hd if you have the gogg;es
My suggestion? Get drunk, buy your toys, then upgrade. Been doing it for a while. Still broke mind
Yeah got the goggles for future upgrade analogue for now.
Do DJI and shark byte split and record on board out of interest?
Same advice you gave me and now I’m broke too
They are not compatible. But yes they do
They don’t split they record your fpv footage so if you have break up in the flight it’s in your dvr footage too. Basically records exactly what you see through the goggles
I think dji has on board recording too so no break up? Not sure
Actually I think the DJI Air unit records onboard?
Yeah I understand DVR in goggles is the OSD fpv view. I want reasonable “clean” footage on the quad and that’s either a second cam or a split. I can’t justify another expensive “action cam” after losing it all last week
