Can you offer to sell items on here that are drone specific? I have a load of branded 18650 batteries for sale and wondered if it’s appropriate to offer them on here?

I don’t see why not. There is a for sale/wanted section, and in this day and age 18650 cells are drone related and are becoming common place for powering models and radio gear. Though it might be best to wait for confirmation from official channels.
