Shes back!

So during the big meet my Mini 2 gimbal had an issue…
So i sent it to DJI for repair 4/5th july…
So during this time UPS had it and they were been right tools getting it too them (hold for 11 days!)
Witch UPS EXPRESS you would think 2 or 3 days but noooo … useless buggers… anyway i finally have my drone back :blush: cant wait to get her up in the air!

it is a brand new 1 hahaha! i told them i sent the prop gaurd and they tthru it back in the box hah witch i was surprised at. but i can tell the gimbal is lot firmer on this than the other one

Did you have to return it to somewhere in the EU?
If so it’s vital that ALL the paperwork is done correctly otherwise UPS (and I guess others as well) can’t release the item. I sent a damaged GoPro back to Holland for exchange two months ago and it’s still sitting in the UPS warehouse at East Midlands awaiting clearance. To be fair to GoPro they have sent me the replacement without getting the old one back. They told me it’s Brexit causing the problemsand they have loads of items stuck in various places.

You do realise that UPS stands for Useless Parcels Service!:sweat_smile:

Mine was ar castle dinnington too. But it had all the right paper work etc
