Smart controller unlock zones

Hi. I have a smart controller for my mavic 2 zoom but I always have trouble self unlocking zones. Does anyone else? The zone will go green on the controller but it still won’t let me take off

What actually happens when you try to take off @Wingdarren ?

Any errors? Warnings? Etc?

Hi pingspike,

So after I acknowledge the flight zone and go back to the main screen it still says cannot take off in the top left of the screen. When you click on it it’s still saying in a flight restriction

Are you unlocking these restricted zones on DJIs website first?

Then downloading / synchronising your unlocked zones to the controller? :thinking:

Then trying to take off?

Yes on the website…using the blue pin. Then it appears on the smart controller which I acknowledge and import to drone.
