I’m trying to get rid of a bit of jello on my action cam, and the suggestion is I soft mount my motors
Question… Do people do this? And if so, can anyone 3d me some motor mounts…?
ALSO… what you call the stiff cable that you attach a patch antenna to your goggles with? SMA to SMA…? I need to order one

I don’t see any point in motor soft mounts. The screws will translate the vibrations. But if they where vibrating enough to cause jello, you have bigger problems.
Make sure the frame is tight and stiff, props are good and you have the correct mount. I went through 3 different mounts until I eliminated jello.
I discovered some loose screws on the frame, tightened those, jello gone! Thanks bud

Did a bicopter with 13” 3 blade props, was a nightmare to fly, then did a “try-copter”…
but killed the tail servo due to the gyroscopic forces…,
Any other ideas…
Hovercraft? With 2 float motors, a thrust motor and a servo fin? Thinking out load because something like that is ‘floating’ in my mind now @Steviegeek

Helicopter itch, back in the day the flight battery was cable tied here…but since starting 3D printing for the T-Rex, the ZeroG needs updating…

This was my sport flight go to Heli back in the day, inverted circuits, consecutive rolls, autorotations you know…I even fitted one of the earliest FPV cameras in contemplation of flying it FPV but 10mW TX put me off. That was in 2009 some years in from the build.
I might get it back in the air next year perhaps as I feel the Heli bug coming back…

Really daft question…
What do you call the SMA to SMA cable you use to connect a patch antenna to your goggles…? I’ve searched “pigtail” but none of those seem to have SMA connectors on both ends…
