Wish I had a “standard” frame. I’m designing all my bits myself, and then being 2mm out and re-priting that 2 hour print lol. It’s whats taken me so much longer this time round… Enjoying it all though! And ywah I got GPS this time too, no going in the river for me… Oh hang on a GPS won’t help me find a drone at bottom of river… Dammit!
At least you’ll see where the last known video signal was transmitted from.

Well, it turns out my Darwin is on the bench.
Fine last time out, a couple of weeks ago.
Plugged it in on Friday and only got the first 3 beeps.
Bound to the controller, but won’t arm.
Video goes from white noise to a black screen in the goggles when I plug it in (yes, I took the lens cap off).
Won’t connect to BetaFlight.
I guess I’ll be taking it apart and checking all the connections when I can be arsed. 
Gotta love the fpv hobby lol
Sounds like a fc issue if it wont connect to Betaflight at all 
I also note the LEDs I fitted last time I had it apart aren’t lighting up either, and they’re plugged into the FC, so I guess it might be that.

I believe the last 2 beeps are to do with the fc initialising? Check your fc has 5V
Yes. First 3 beeps are esc testing the coils.
Next beep is when it senses the fc signal. Last beep is when its happy that fc signal is correct.
All the symptoms you describe point to a broken flight controller.
Does it do anything when you plug the usb in at all?

Something really bad on the fc board then.
I’d unplug it from the esc and everything else and see if it gets better… or is it an aio?

Which means at least you can just replace the fc.
Though may be worth buying the whole stack to get a spare esc.
I ordered direct from darwin and they were ok.

If you wire the cam signal direct to the vtx I expect that will work.

Definitely try disconnecting everything and connecting the fc to Betaflight by itself first. It could be something effecting the 5V line on the fc
