I’ve used this little park, too. Can park a car by Redbridge station. Can have quite a few people/kids in school hols / weekends, when I usually don’t bother antagonizing people.

Quite probably. Once been down that way more for shots of the docks, and vehicle parking in that area.

I would’ve thought they’d be all over you for doing that!
They can’t stop you over-flying, they can only stop you from taking off from their property.
At 400ft, they don’t actually know you’re there.

For several reasons, you should keep your pants on when you fly … then your arse won’t be able to see where it is.
