A work colleague want a drone for very occasional flying but doesn’t want to go over £200.
Any recommendation for something which might have some sort of stabilisation in it within his budget?
He would only need a range of say 300 to 500 metres, so nothing fancy.

Have a look on the bay for a used DJI Spark, you’ll pick them up for a couple of hundred, good camera, obstacle avoidance on the front, do more than the required range and they’re pretty good in the wind.
There’s a few DJI Mini 2 on eBay for around £200. A good choice…

I’d try and get a used Mini 2 or Mini SE.
Update folks, he’s bought a Mini SE Flymore Combo, paid a bit over his original budget, but he’s happy!
