Yah sneaky didnt work for me in fact it froze my goggles and when I removed the card and rebooted id lost of of my OSD

Says you’re using MSP for the output (which is correct). Obviously without the port config and what version of bf you running hard to tell.

Mate this must be the most single thing iv spent time on, it way out trumps the vista saga. Im at the point now were I feel its an issue with the vista maybe what version its on or something as Iv read you can only flash version 6. something and this is a brand new one.

With the vista, You used butter to flash it? And did you activate it first… you can use 606 or 608 with the wasp. The latest latest you don’t want as that only works with the goggles 2. Need to get 606 in there, root it, install 608 (for the wasp} then install wtf os (after updating the DJI firmware)
Simplest fool proof way to do it.
I’ve always found it straight forward to do. Sometimes is fails, but just run again. Make sure use chrome, keep it open and in focus whilst flashing and all good. Decent USB C cable and away you go
So assuming you using a vista/rubcam link with V2 goggles, you want 01.00.608 package. Not 01.01.000 or the 07.

Yep vista was activated
then install wtf os (after updating the DJI firmware) …I thought you down graded -rooted-WTF os - add the packets- then upgraded ???
Once rooted you shouldn’t need to root it again (though I think I may have), rooting is a once only job.
But yeah it’s about right:
- Get onto 01.00.606
- Root
- Upgrade to 01.00.608
- Install WTF OS
- Install the MSP Display package using the web based package manager
Butter should do all that for you. You welcome to install WTFOS before updating to 608, but the update to 608 will remove it 
So you need to do it again after flashing to 608 (you just don’t need to root it again). So Get to 606 > Root > Install 608 > Install WTFOS > Install MSP Display package > Enjoy
Are your goggles OK? Do they say “Waiting for OSD data”? (Which you can disable that message if you want with the options on the web configurator thingy). I don’t think there is a 608 for the goggles, just the air side (though might be wrong!) Similar process for them, get on 606, root, update (if there is one), install WTF OS, setup packages, enjoy
And 4.4.3 is fine, good version MSP should be all gravy
Yah goggles work fine with the other Vista iv done, I think more look than jument in there case. Must say iv never updated any of my vista’s since iv had them 
hence why the 1 in the Nazgul probably worked 1first time.
I thing butter has a down grade tool 
so could use that, have you installed the funky OSD ???..
Just took WTF off bloody vista wants to update now 
so may have to let it update as to down grade it

Yeah one good thing about DJI (esp. the older V1/V2 systems), there are no updates, so don’t need to update every 3 minutes like the newer digital systems 
Yeah Butter will take it to 606 and flash everything for you, I think I needed it one on of the 3 vistas I’ve unlocked, and put WTF OS on.
4 mins in… Wow an Ian video 4 mins he must have said really about 72342 times, and interesting at least 31313 times…
Use butter, get it down to 606 and try again. You can’t do any harm!

Ok well this isn’t going so good, the vista in the new cinelog I brought just wont accept the above hack. Iv tried everything think to get this up and running but nothing works.
Its stuck in 608, strange thing is when you fire butter up you can root it but it just crashes and the the other tabs i.e WTF and CLI are all greyed out?.
Iv tried connecting to DJI assistant to down grade it but that also crashes.
All this just because I wanted to upgrade my controller, was it worth it hmmm im starting to think not, I wouldnt mind but I followed it to the letter and managed to do the Nazgul.
Oky doky, still at it just to update and just to update iv put WTF on another vista the new one I brought is still not playing the game 
but my thought was to try another one and see if its my PC which I dont think it is.
1 question, its defo on the vista as I can see the 1200mw hack but I dont have any OSD. Now this vista still has the sbus cable attached hence Im wondering if thats why I cant see it.
If it has worked on this one I plan on taking it out and swopping with the new one, bit of a cheats way of doing it but gets me back in the air, I can work on the other one at a later date.
Well thats it Im giving up on the WTF, god knows how I got it on one of my quads but cant get it on any others. Iv tried every which way down grading up grading but just dont get any OSD, its defo on there as I cant upgrade via DJI assistant and it says I have the 1200 mw hack so god knows.
Wouldnt mind but I only want to see my battery voltage and my signal strength for my crossfire 
so is there another way of view the later ???..
You are enabling the WTF package on the goggles, and the air units? (you must be on the goggles as you said it states waiting for OSD). Only other thing then is the rx/tx connected right, I assume it’s going to full power on arm? The sbus is connected to the FC from the vista? Remove it as you don’t need it, but should be OK if the correct port and msp display settings are done on BF.
I really wanna look at this setup and help with this!! Where you based?!
TBH it’s kept me busy for the past few days/week which is a blessing as my mum has been end of life, unfortunately she passed today which has absolutely gutted me.
I’ve been in the garage for the past few hours trying to sort this as it’s took my mind off things a little.
I will have a fresh look at it tomorrow hopefully with a clearer head just so frustrating that I managed to get one up and running but no others. Not sure if any of this make sense but thank you for your help I will posted some stuff on here tomorrow.
