Thank you very much
Do you have any advice for me what I could try next time?
The best time for night photography is the hour after sunset, just before the sky is totally black.
That I cannot argue with you. Totally valid points. Just flirting over water is very unnerving.
Whenever I’ve done it, I’ve been very concerned indeed.
I guess in my head I’m always thinking that if it falls in the water, it will never be able to be recovered.
In the land, I always think that it will magically fall on top of a very soft pile of pillows.
Dammmnnnn that’s nice ![]()
Love that, those colours are amazing!
Thanks for the comments and likes guys
What a lovely location. Loving it he pics. I was there a few years ago. Would love to go and fly around there.
Maybe on my next trip up there. This year’s trip around there was cancelled due to COVID-19.
Great pics Skizzy. That first pic you really get a sense of scale for the bridge, and that moody sky
Hello John @Drumsagard,
Thanks, I will try it next time
Cheers for the comments guys
I sat and done some research of places of interest in Blackburn as I was there for work today, I charged the batteries packed up my drone with all intentions of photographing the above site. It looks stunning and its got images on its website clearly taken by Drone.
I get to the site only to find this…
Frustrated is an understatement.
Find a site away from the place, and take off from there? They don’t own the airspace above the site.
I did look but there wasn’t any suitable areas to park plus I didn’t have a great window of time in the day to go in a great search. I am back that way next week
That post top looks like just the right size for a Mavic Mini launch pad.
That sign wouldn’t have stopped me.
Did you have a screwdriver with you ???

I notice the sign says"beyond this point! SO…
