A little trip out to Hollinshead Hall this afternoon, the autumnal colours showing (reminder next time wear some boots, trainers ended up covered in mud).

A few shots of the new 1.5 mile access road being constucted for Swindon’s New Eastern Villages, which will provide about 8,000 homes, one the largest developments in the country.

I was doing a pre wedding photo-shoot at Luss by the banks of Loch Lomond yesterday and hung about afterwards for a quick drone flight before the rain came on. The autumn colours are in full swing just now.
Luss is a conservation village on the west shore of the loch within The Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park and is usually heaving with tourists, yesterday was no exception. Luss was also the location for Scottish TV soap Take The High Road.

Hi John, lovely setting. Almost as nice as Swindon

Lovely photos, mate. You always do get the best spots.

Question, these are shot in 48MP, but the uploaded res is 1584×1056.

What is the reason behind this

They were all shot as 48MP RAWS Chris, two of them (1st & 3rd) were then cropped just to aid composition. Then I ran my photoshop action which downsizes the resolution for posting to social media etc. and adds my logo and a black keyline.

Yeah I think it ran from about 1980’ish for about 20yrs.

Winter Hill Golf Course - Decided to get some fresh air in between the storms and managed to capture this autumnal glory with a storm-filled moody sky behind. Shot as 12mp AEB x 3 and combined in LR.
