It really blows around there when the winds come in.
I spent time fishing all around that area when I live there and the range in the tides can be huge too - really shows you the power of nature and that it’s not to be messed with.
I’d love to take that shot myself but I think I’d bring some spare trousers - just in case 
Agreed - it was my go-to quiet place. Cant wait to go back
I’m not sure where he lives but I think I have a clue. Will jog on up there and try to find out. It’s not a huge place but there are a few buildings there as well as the hole in the ground!

I wen’t up for a mooch in the middle of a storm not last October the one before, MAN even the sheep flying sideways 
It was one of those moment’s which made you feel alive 
. The missus thought I’d lost it 
I totally get that.
Quite often used to go to Porth Dafach in storms to see how high the waves would go.
Scary stuff but also quite exhilarating. Them sheep are hard as nails up there!

Trearddur bay at night. Has to be the most idyllic bay on Anglesey

Holyhead itself, you can just see chippy chippy on the corner , centre of shot, so good of a chippy they named it twice
And last but certainly not least, Menai bridge, with The Brittania bridge in the background.

what settings did you use for the light trails
Oh god mate, don’t know M I’m new to this photography lark.
What I tried doing is keep the ISO low, WB set at 5900 then went for a shutter speed which looked good on the screen( RC pro) , from memory I think the shutter speed was 2 second’s :man_ shrugging:. I just go with what look’s best, but take several shot’s at different shutter speed’s keeping the ISO low. It seem’s to work…
Luckily, the exif does … this was the last pic …

One of the downfalls of the mini 3 pro with it only having a 2 second max exposure to create light trails, should have been a 4/5 seconds at least to create nice long light trails.

A pic of Holy mountain (which is really just a big rock really but still beautiful, Holy island) at sunrise.
I’ve posted the same pic in the challenges thread. This time I’ve used L.R to merge the images what I have just to see the result’s, just playing around really trying to get used to this photography thing and what you can do in the software.
It look’s a hell of a lot better than my effort done manually

Take multiple 2 seconds (say 20ish) and layer them. The lines won’t be constant but you can get a pretty impressive effect.
