Warrington transportation bridge, Warrington ,Cheshire

Had a little fly out with the Air 2s last week. The weather had originally advertised SUN…but as with all the bloody weather we’ve had for the last 7 or so week’s it was over cast , windy and then started raining :smiling_face_with_tear:,

Anyways, I’d wanted to go see this place for a while, so set off. Expecting to be able to get close to the bridge I packed the Avata as well thinking I could do a decent vid swinging in an out of the structure…not a chance, the whole of the area is industrial land so had to fly from a bridge spanning the Mersey a little further down. The Air 2s is good for it anyway.

Here’s a little info…

If you look closely at this one down below there’s five bridges in the frame…

All in all had a good hour or so, had a Maccies brekky on the way back which topped it off :+1:

If you go back, this is where I parked, Google Maps theres a pathway through the trees into an open area to the left of the car park, get you pretty close.

first night out with Air 3 ,quick but not perfect edit, quite a lot of noise still in image. This is of my home location

Just got round to editing these from 24 January. Great winter sunset near Day’s Lock on the Thames with Wittenham Clumps in the background, but tricky editing the 3 frame HDR merges in Lightroom Classic.

Travelled that many a time prior to its closure and restoration - love the mono treatment.

Anyone know why my Wittenham Clumps pix above The Daily Photo Thread - #6964 by BingBong aren’t clickable? I uploaded them at 1600 wide.

It does not look like you uploaded large versions

No, 1600 wide as I said. I’ve done that before, and they have been clickable, as that’s quite a bit wider than they appear.

Try a single one again, but usually the data does not lie.

What device/browser did you use

Castleton cement works

Another Wittenham Clumps shot as a clickable test. 1600 wide uploaded from Win 11 PC in Firefox latest.

Seem to be OK now?

Single one worked this time. Details on post. Only difference was multiple shots last time.

Maybe something at the server end , all good now

Yup, sorted thanks :grinning:
