A few images from down by the River Clyde in Glasgow this evening, at Pacific Quay, where I was giving a friend a few pointers on flying his new drone. I’ve pointed him in the direction of GADC so hopefully he’ll sign up soon (I told him he really needs Drone Scene
)

@Jabtas We do it all the time on this forum, Tim.
Can’t see the harm in it, as it resulted me in visiting it on YT, giving it a like and commented! Wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t seen it here, and he didn’t claim it was his, although a nod in the narrative would have made it clear. I guess! ![]()
Thanks Colin
I did reverse search the image and reposted it here with a nod to the owner but no harm meant

These are actually from July 2025, but I think I forgot to post them. These were taken with my DJI Flip in Lake Garda, Italy, a place I can highly recommend. I had no issues flying here and people seemed fairly happy about it. Unlike other parts of Italy, the altitude restrictions seem fairly normal in Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the holiday was overshadowed due to a home emergency that happened just as we flew out, so I couldn’t fly too much or frankly enjoy the holiday, but managed to catch these shots.
The first shot is at the top of Monte Baldo in Malcesine, and the second was taken in Riva. Both locations near the North end of the lake.
Great image Steve ![]()
Semaphore Tower at Chatley Heath. Still learning, I was using a ND 8 filter, but as I had settings on auto I think it has effected lighting in shots. Any advice welcome.
I love that first photo @charlieabbottuk ![]()
