CNHL are good. I have a couple of 1300mAH 6S 100C ones to try… I bought them in October and have not had them in the air yet.

Just so you know iflight do bnf versions of the AOS frame with O3 Air Unit. $630. Although not as much fun or as satisfying as building your own

As Richard said try to get the 1300mah version. It will give you more flight time plus youll get more power delivery too

Thanks. Just updated the list above.

Looks lovely! Once you add the props and battery, it goes up to $671, which is £545. Mine is a bit cheaper, and has better bits I think. Plus as you say, I’m gonna have a lot of fun building this.

It looks like the frame comes with arm cable conduit for the motor cables

It should come with 2 sets of props anyway but yes you will have more fun building it. One thing to note. Iflight do factory tune their quads which are normally really good tunes and they fly amazing out the box.
Because your build has the same frame and motors you should be able to use their factory tune when you set yours up. It will be a custom Chris Rosser tune :star_struck:

I haven’t got a clue how to do any of the software side. I managed to get my TH2F connected to Betaflight to change some OSD settings, but that’s about it. When I get to that point, I am going to need your help

Thats when we go radio silence :smiling_imp: lol

Bardwell hates these… says they actually make prop-strikes more dangerous as they crack and produce sharp edges that are more likely to cut the wires.

Haha yeah of course we will help you get it all setup mate. Just be aware that none of us run O3 AU so that will be a little learning curve and will involve watching Bardwell and MadsTech videos

I think @DeanoG60 uses old prop blades taped on to protect the wires which is a great way to recycle beaten up old props :star_struck:

I highly recommend race-wires… it makes re-soldering motors less of a bind, since you don’t have to go anywhere near the ESC with a soldering iron to do it.

Also, the LED ones are great! I have them on four of my quads… They light up when power goes to the motors, which is a great troubleshooting tool and looks cool.

Something like this:

You want the ones that just attach to the motor wires and don’t have any connection to power or FC.

I still use tape on the actual wires, not over the LEDs obviously.

Agreed race wires are great. I had the TBS Race wire on my freestyle build :ok_hand:t2:

There’s no beeper on your list.

Can I recommend the GPS mate?

yeah cut up some old beat up props and electrical tape them over the top of the wires on the arms, or just leave some extra slack in the motor wires and route them on the back or front of the arms (depending on your motor rotation the back of the arms for props in and the front of the arms for props out)

Good point. I’ll defo need one of those!

@Steviegeek recommended this one, which is already added to my list; Matek M10-5883 GPS Module. Which one are you recommending?

No, No… GPS Mate is a beeper and GPS helper in-one. It can power-up your GPS module before you plug your main battery in so that the GPS can get a lock without a horrid VTX trashing it’s chances with masses of interference.

Ah, its called “GPS Mate”. And there I was thinking you were just being friendly.
