Thanks Ian. That was where I looked at but there was too many trees in way so I lost VLOS. Going to Lichfield tomorrow as the Museum has a tank from the gulf war. They said its ok to come and use my drone and the missus wants to go shopping so all is good

I used to be the MTO there (13÷ yrs ago… time flies) and had to write and amend the damn things so thought it best play ball… 
We are fully aware of Sentinel 200hp engines. 7109 is a 0-4-0VBT. It’s an interesting bit of kit , crudely put it’s Sentinel steam wagon bits put in a locomotive chassis. As the engine is transverse gears and chains are use to transmit the drive to the wheels.
Possibly a forerunner of the Pacer, using Leyland National bus bits to create a horrible travesty of a railcar. The Sentinel designs were somewhat more successful.

No worries. I’d do the same with anything near by. In fact I’m still waiting for @D0c.Col to find these pesky midland windsurfers. Been two locations myself this week and both locations were a no show. 
We used to have a van at Borth, near Aberystwyth, loads of windsurfers there …

@firstadekit. Hi Ade. I went to Chasewater Sailing Club again (3rd time in as many days on 1st name basis with the staff ) and managed to get 3 guys who were just going out. Previous days the place was like a mill pond, at least today it was a little windy. Was at Carsington Waters yesterday but Windsurfing had stopped and wont start for the remainder of the year as water levels too low? There is a place near Nottingham but too far for me to go when there’s no guarantee of a show. Good luck matey.

Item 13. A Military vehicle
Well, this one ended up falling together quite nicely after what could only be described as some ‘military’ inventory and several weeks of organising clearance with the organisers, who let me take off and video from a distance as they had their own drone pilot in the arena.

The Striker was developed for the British Army to fire the Swingfire missile. The first production vehicles were delivered in 1975 and used in British Army service by the Royal Artillery anti-tank guided missile batteries. The vehicle initially was powered by the Jaguar J60 4.2-litre 6-cylinder petrol engine - the same as used by several Jaguar cars. This was then replaced by a Cummins BTA 5.9 diesel engine, as used in British Army FV107 Scimitars, under the CVR(T) life extension programme.
