The Great Big Non-Drone Photo Thread!

The beach next to Caernarfon airfield, the plant is called Thrift and the hills are the Llyn Peninsula - great quiet and unspoilt area.

Yesterday, being the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, I visited Stonehenge just before sunset. Taken with my Canon 600D, 18-55mm, Nifty Fifty and 300mm.

Drone photos are here.

Great pics… We were up to see Sunrise form Alderley Edge with a bunch of other nutters - about 25 folks there, but no Morris Dancers this year…

Missed seeing the sunset as I was at the 50th Anniversary Whicker Man 4K in the Odeon at Trafford Centre, and it was a good evening

Thanks Suzanne. It was a lot more peaceful going at sunset conmpared to sunrise. Even last night, I saw a fair few tamborines, didjeridus and other wacky instruments. Along with the odd waft of herbal cigarettes

No herbals stuff up the edge, but there was a gong (not bong) a hunting horn and several NA style flutes - and one flute and the hunting horn were mine

Spent many hours in the late 80’s reenacting Fast & Furious (before that was even a thing) in Novas and 205’s

Still Leeds but it’s in Holbeck, Barkston house where the fly over is, opposite side to the old Derwent Mercedes, going back some years that.

Been on lates this week so would have been a 22:15 meet up lol, always try to get a cheeky pic either before or after work depending what shift, passed it on the longest day and the sunset was behind / through the stairs with no lights on and looked a lot better, day after it was like this.

A couple from my baiting session this morning.
