Water ones exposure setting?
Water ones exposure settings . Don’t understand ?
How do you get that effect ?
Wow…
There are some absolutely stunning photos there @mockingbird71
That’s one of my prior life hobbies too.
Either you guys have really impressive salt water aquaria or you have been diving abroad. All my dives were in the UK with limited vis and subdued colours. Still great adventures though!
BSAC - Southsea SubAqua Club. So a fair amount of diving in the Solent (various pipes discharging into the water meant it was just going through the motions ). Also Poole, Portland and Plymouth with the occasional freshwater dip in Stoney Cove. I mainly dived on wrecks but nothing deep - 40m was about my best.
Thanks for the pic of you going for 80m. I have a copper ingot retrieved from a wreck off Littlehampton at 90 metres. The guy who sold it to me (it was micely cleaned and mounted on a wooden board with the wreck name and date) said that he and his buddy went down on Nitrox, going as quickly as possiblt, attached the ingot to an airbag and came straight back up, no stops!
Sorry I understand now . F22 apature …5 second shutter speed and iso on 100 '. Tripod and low light as its just going dark . The longer the exposure the more fluffy the water gets
Thanks @shane9377 will I be able to produce shots like that from my cheapo EBay purchase, basically it was a PUP ie Pissed up purchase
Looks like a lot of us trod the same path I was a BSAC Dive Leader and did many Dives in the UK and abroad I have loads of photos stored with millions of others “ somewhere” lol
@Mungmeister Amazing place just a shame its not that safe anymore but saying that I think that the status has changed now, we are looking at Hurghada next year, we were there 6 years ago also we stayed at the Royal Albatros.
The beach in Monifieth at about 07:30am
Over in the distance you can see Tentsmuir Beach. At high tide this is where the “smaller” oil discovery rigs come in.
This is looking up the beach towards Barry Buddon. It’s an Army range and there’s a bloody great “Restricted” zone over it that almost reaches down to the beach. You can just make out the Air Traffic Control / Radar tower.
And this is why I prefer early morning walks, no people just gorgeous morning colours as the Sun rises. Oh, and I haven’t managed to levitate, I’m stood on the Monifieth rail bridge. It is made of wood and “bounces” when a train goes under at speed. Needless to say my kids get the hell off if they see anything coming.
Cracking photo, love the colours @B0M0A0K
Taken using…?
My trusty Google Pixel 3A. Nothing special but it has a great camera.
So I see!
