Hi Dave,
I bought it on e-bay.
It was marked up at Ā£29-99 but open to offers so I offered Ā£20-00 and the seller came back with an offer of Ā£21-99 which I was happy to accept.
This did include free postage as well so I was very lucky.
I have seen another on e-bay marked up at Ā£120-00 which is way over the retail price.
I am sure they are still available at a fair price .

thank you for explaining that for me.It does now seem I am going to look for a used smartphone so I can download the supplied app and give that a try.
I can later fit the smartphone into the goggle case or just use it on my transmitter.

Thanks for info - I do have one but thought you had found a supply at that price!! I would love to get a spare battery - but think the case is not standard but the cells inside would be? Do you happen to know of a source of more batteries?

Sorry Dave,
I have also looked on line for spare batteries but had no luck.
When I fitted my jst lead and connector to the battery I forgot to measure the 2x 3.7v lipos but they should be easy enough to replace inside the casing.

Hi mate do you know how I connect this model to my lidl drone app? I canā€™t seem to find anything in the wifi settings

BATTERIESā€¦Try looking at Aliexpress. I am sure they woud have something suitableā€¦they appear to have all sorts of drone / RC batteries availableā€¦
I recently had soethinf delivered post freeā€¦in eight days from China!

Hi can anyone help. I have recently acquired from my late brother-in-law the lidl xl gps drone but there is not a manual and I am struggling to find an appropriate app. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks Rich.
