Where did you purchase each of them?
On the TX where you can select protocol, you have it at D16. Is there a D8 option? If it has D8 its international firmware.
d8 is an option. Came from bang good. Xm+ came from Amazon…so maybe it’s the other way around! Transmitter international, receiver EU!
If you have the D8 option its international firmware and needs flashed to EU LBT to match the receiver from Amazon.
Yes. In that video, the chap was doing it the other way around so I’ll have to try find the relevant files. Is there a maximum size SD card the xlite can read? I tried a 64gb and didn’t seem to work
Can’t find any specifications for the sd card slot, but my Taranis X9D came with a crappy 8Gb one so probably similar size should work on the X-Lite.
Even a 2Gb one would be enough as nothing really takes up much space besides voice packs.
Think its 32GB max and FAT32

Not yet. Had wrong size of sd card to flash x lite with EU firmware, so just ordered one and it arrived just after I left for the weekend so back on it on Monday. I’m away for the weekend with my mavic pro. You know? A mavic pro? Just flies without soldering, flashing, miss matched battery cables or practice? Yeah! That mavic!
Maybe I’ll have better luck with the cat…

I took my Mavic 2 out the other day for a flight, been a while. It literally is nothing more than a floating camera tripod, after 20 minutes of flying about, taking different shots, completely bored out of my skull, I landed, packed it away and got the real quads out.
90 minutes later (I have A LOT of batteries) I was grinning from ear to ear.

It’s each to his / her own isn’t it. I can’t fly LOS. Only FPV. I like good videos, but scared of crashing. Everyones different. But I love the heart racing of FPV!
That is very true, but I do like photography so that’s fine for me. However, I’m loving the mav on sports mode and getting as close to scarps and hillocks as possible, so I know fpv freestyle is for me…! But what you got to do to get airborne is boggling my mind! It’ll be worth it though…
I got adapters now, so you think it’ll be ok to strap a 3s 1300 mAh on the diatone 349? Too much weight…?
It will feel heavy to fly but those motors and props kick out so much thrust it will still shift at redonkulous speeds.

Took my quads out yesterday to a local part, here’s some 3" action, this is essentially the same spec as the Diatone R349 running on 4S
