Totally legal to fly east of the bridge. Nothing at all to worry about.

I am a pilot from Germany, have the large drone driver’s license in Europe.
I have now registered with the CAA, a NATS permit for a small portion of R158 on Tower Bridge and the Port of London permit.
BUT: who do I have to ask as a property owner for the The Queens Walk as a starting place?

I’ve just added a new Take Off And Landing marker to this location @etchacan 
Where exactly? All I can see is TOAL & parking markers by others.
The marker added by @starman has been deleted as it was just 24ft away from the existing marker.
