Unable to calibrate Mavic Pro sensors using DJI Assistant

I am trying to calibrate the sensors on my mavic pro on dji assistant but I keep getting the same message to reboot the drone any help would be appreciated. I am using laptop running windows 10

For the vision sensors, make sure your laptop screen is upright at 90 degrees.

How far are you getting before it asks you to reboot?

I’ve seen the video but still can’t get to final calibration stage for the sensors.

Have you followed the link to the Mavic forum? I haven’t had this issue - well not yet anyway so can’t really advise other than do a search on DJI forums and Mavic Pilot forum. Someone there is bound to have come across this issue.

I had a problem using DJI assistant on the laptop and then realised that the screen has to be flat for the sensors to pick up. I laid the screen on its back with the keyboard angled like the screen would normally be and the sensors picked it up fines and it went all good.
