Must say,i know a lot of people do not like that controller,but i do,and am often tempted to get a Yuneec myself…

A lot of people say it’s bulky, but with the neck strap fitted it’s very comfortable to hold. Anyway stick a 7" tablet on a DJI controller and tell me thats not bulky…

Well perhaps its just the blokes with the “hands that do dishes” type hands that find it bulky!!

Also did they not upgrade this controller recently? sure i heard that they had? 
Not sure, the last firmware update was back in 2017 I think. Apart from that the only change I’ve noticed is that later controllers now have 3 antenna.

Thanks… Would you go for the one with the newer radio… Watched mixed reviews but prefer to speak to an actual owner…
2 types of controller available with the H501S X4.
H901A.
4.3" screen and a range of around 300m total cost around £150.
H906A.
3.7" screen and a range of around 400m. Total cost around £180.
Both transmitters have the same functions as far as I’m aware, just the increased range for the H906A and if I’m honest a more professional looking controller.
I decided to go for the H901A on the basis of it’s slightly bigger screen.
