The bell will come off with the shaft so easy to check for bending and if you can get a new shaft, easy to replace. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah, the bell will slide off your shaft, but it might be a bit stiff. Just give it a few pumps and it should eject. Check its straight. Bend it back. And give the magnets a good polish before you mate it back together.

I did this with my Gecko after a major crash… Note that it’s very hard to get the shaft straight and in my case it meant the motor produced massive vibration and horrid Jello in the camera footage.

In the end I just replaced the motors.

once a motor shaft or bell is bent or dented you’ll never get it right. Considering the cost, just replace it

Iv just youtube this and it seems once you’ve removed the screw the bell just pulls off :+1:t3:
