Check this thread out, it’ll be your anti-virus / anti-malware / anti-something-else that is blocking “Mapbox”, the provider of the base maps on Drone Scene:

it’s Bitdefender. can it be paused on this site?

Sorry, I don’t have a Windows PC or Bitdefender so I can’t help with either.

It’s Mapbox that Bitdefender has issues with. If it was Drone Scene you’d not even be able to get to the site :blush:

Have a look around in the settings of bitdefender, maybe you can whitelist or exclude *.mapbox.com ?

Mick @Raider how did you resolve the Bitdefender / map issue?

I think i turned it of on the map page, there’s an option where you can allow access, if it shows up in the top right corner of web page, think you can right click it there and disable it, but i have slept(not a lot) since then

  1. Open Bitdefender: Access the Bitdefender application on your computer.
  2. Go to Protection Settings: Navigate to the “Protection” section and then “Settings” within the Bitdefender interface.
  3. Manage Exceptions: Locate the “Manage exceptions” option and click it.
  4. Add an Exception: Click on “+ Add an Exception” to create a new entry for the website.
  5. Enter Website Address: Type in the URL or IP address of the website you want to exclude.
  6. Enable Online Threat Prevention: Ensure the switch next to “Online Threat Prevention” is toggled on.
  7. Save Changes: Click “Save” to finalize the changes and close the window.
