I got up early yesterday morning and got more footage of Whitby and made this video.
Another stunning video Frank.
Quick question, the shots where you are flying backwards, were you actually filming whilst flying backwards, or is that done in post by reversing the video in some way ??
It’s just that you are flying through ruins which would scare me to death.

Clue is in the people also in the shot all walking backwards ;o)
I did it in post mate by reversing the clip much safer that way👍

Brilliant. Reminded me of the comedy sketch from years ago with Morecambe & Wise and Andre Previn. When Previn told Eric Morecambe he was playing the wrong notes on the Piano. Eric replied. Your wrong I am playing the right notes in the wrong order. Classic.

@Frank great videos! Loved the morning video. Went there by train a few months ago.
What sort of height were you typically flying at on the morning video?
I always tend to be far too high - or were you using zoom a lot?
I am still too self conscious of the drone and think that I am being a pain or disturbing the peace. I think If I can hear the drone, so can everyone else.
Any tips on flying lower - or is it a case of ‘I am legal and I will be gone soon’ …
