Why are some Foreshores and Estuary’s marked in Pink

Apologies but I am new member and can’t find a map key and was wondering why are some foreshores and estuary’s are hi-lighted in Pink?

Click on the area and it will tell you what it is. The pink are the “ Crown Estate Foreshore and Estuary”.
