I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission not required.

Park on the end of City Road Reading just at the end no yellow lines. Then a ten minute walk down to the Folly also known as the Pigeon Tower.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 01/07/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I also think the marker for the folly is in the wrong place - you can see where two of us have marked TAOL spots that the folly is just to the north.
