A taste of Iceland

These are just off my phone, I won’t get photos and videos off the drone and edited properly until I’m back home.

The airline lost 3/4 of our luggage, so we lost the first part of our trip to emergency shopping. Drone flying limited by time and weather so far. Hopefully more will follow.

Do you have a height limit in Iceland, have you checked?

Same as UK.

Not that there’s anyone out in the sticks to know, or give a damn as to, what you’re doing. :man_shrugging:

Yes, all regs very similar to UK - that last photo is taken at 400ft above the cars visible on the road. Looks higher because of the gradient of the rest of the landscape.

Those thermal pools look amazing, got to be on my bucket list for a holiday.
My neighbour has just gone over there, she did ask if she could “Borrow one of my drones”
Er, are you insured?, can you fly it?, do you know the regulations?,
The answer to all the above? NO!.
Fraid not me old chum !.
What I should have said is, “Want me to come along and do some filming for you”
Slipped up there !.

Again Bri some nice shots, looks like a great place for flying …weather permitting. Will also have to give it some thought of going on a trip to Iceland.
